How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
The shipping cost is $4.99 for all item.
How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
On average, merchandise is produced from 2-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-15 business days for domestic and 15-20 business days for international).
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Global mail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
We do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
Do you alert us once our order ships?
Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships out to you!
Where do I get tracking info?
An email with tracking details will be sent to you the moment your product is shipped out!
Have not received my order yet, now what?
First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL or scanned delivered by mistake.
Then call or email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
But note that: We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun after 2 hours, we just agree to cancel within 2 hours after you placed the order
What’s the status of my order?
Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.
What is your replacement and refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%.
We typically do not accept refund or replace due to user errors including:
1. Choosing wrong sizes, designs, colors. If the shirt/item doesn’t fit because the customer ordered the wrong size (you didn’t check the size chart, you thought the size would fit because you usually use that same size from many other merchandisers, or for any similar reasons. So, please check the size chart carefully before placing the order
2. Providing undeliverable address, resulting in the item cannot be received. Note that do fill the shipping address in the check out instead of the billing address
3. Cancellation the order after more than 2 hours when the order is placed
Any defects or errors below on our part will result in a replacement at no charge:
1. The print is flawed
2. The quote on design is misspelling
3. Wrong side received between front and back
4. The item is broken during transportation, defective or damaged ( if the damage can be clearly seen)
5. The color and size is wrong. The item size or color you received is not the one you placed at first
6. Shipping wrong item, it is not the item you have placed before
7. Missing item: If the order includes 2 or more items but the package the buyer received contains less than the actual order quantity, in most cases, we will immediately send the missing item to the customer
In case of issues listed above, to save our time, please kindly contact us via email including the all following information:
1. Pictures of damaged item you received as a proof
2. Shipping label of the package including your address and information
3. A clear description of the problem
As soon as evidence verified by us, a new replacement will be queued within 24 hours.
Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. We won’t handle for orders delivery over 1 month.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing, making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when comparing with the artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 inches shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.
For all other requests please email us at [email protected] Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, you can return the item to 12105 Windriver Ln Apt 7In, Hudson, FL, 34667, USA. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
For other issues related to item quality and delayed shipping time, we will accept to give all customers a partial refund depending on the level of problems.
We will get your money back to your PayPal account in 5- 10 business days after we agree to refund. If so, please kindly wait in this the process time. Specially, we don’t accept all cases sent to after 30 days when the product is received
For customized item, we will contact you first to ask or you can keep in touch with us with the title: ” order number-site name- item title” and the information you want to customize. If after 4 business days, we don’t receive any messages from you, we will send the original design without the customization change and don’t accept any replace or refund.
